Description

This article explains on how to cancel or reopen a closed status assembly. The issue could imply on how a job can get accidentally closed in WMS and replicated to MYOB.

Workflow Restrictions

User will not be able to cancel/undo the transaction

Steps to correct transaction:

1) To correct the workorder transaction that is in closed status, an inventory adjustment has to be recorded to increase the stock that has been picked.

2) As for the receiving entry, user can mark the transaction as inactive and closed.
