This article explains how to resolve the “Restricted Zone Access” alert when User Security Profile is corrupt, or a New Access Right has been found.

Detail Steps
Datapel Support to action:

Ensure the security.xml file is the latest
-
Else merge and replace the latest security.xml to the server (run winmerge app can compare 2 XML files for any difference)
-
Save the file and relaunch WMS
-
Test if the issue persists
