Clone Order as Quote

Description

This document explains how to clone order as Quote.

Detail Steps

Login to WMS.
Go to Sales Register.
Find the sale you want to clone.
Highlight sale.
Right click and select Clone Order as Quote...
Edit Quote screen will open.
Click Update Quote or Update Sale Order.

Workflow Restrictions

If USER cancel the quote then quote will show 'CANCEL' status in the register . If the Superuser deletes the quote then it will be removed from the system.

If user encounter alert "This User profile has restricted access to this action" then ensure user privilege "Clone Sale Quotes" is ticked under Tools > User Management. After setting change user might need to restart WMS.
