Description
A particular scanner device cannot read barcode. Tested with other scanner able to read the barcode.
Detail Steps
Check the scanner (android) "ReaderConfig" is set to KeyEvent.
ReaderConfig > Data Output > KeyEvent
Note:
- Usually happens for new scanner device
- Sometimes, after android OS update, the KeyEvent setting changed automatically, causing the issue
