            Description


            This article explains how to review issue when scanner device failed to read barcode.

            Detail Steps


            1. Check scanner "ReaderConfig" App is set to KeyEvent.
              ReaderConfig > Data Output > KeyEvent




            Note

            Usually happens with new scanner devices.

            Android OS update might cause the KeyEvent setting to change automatically.
