This document describes the difference between the settings Administrator, User, or Disabled, found in the User Management Settings, and the additional areas accessed by the superuser login.

Detail Steps
Changing batch tracking for items –Batch Management
Quick Despatch –Add new Batch-Serial
Sales Forecast –Lock a cell –Clear the figures for a particular month
Sales –Change PO/Invoice/Pricing when sale order is CLOSED
System Startup –Replicate whenever WMS Start –Import remote orders
WMS Explorer –Import Historic Sale Orders –Import Sale Orders –Import Check In/Check Out/Transfer/Pick Manager Summary
Import - User-Defined Fields, Bill of Materials, Contact Settings, and Price Levels
(Superuser login has access to all areas available to the administrator as well as the actions below)
Purge Data –Migration
Accounts set to Disabled (users are not permitted to login)
Replication - Perform replication between WMS and Accounting software
Undo Billed Purchase Order - Cloud WMS
Note Only Superuser and Administrator access levels are allowed to perform Accounting Software replication. |
With "Administrator" rights, you can edit privilege "User" level only, not "Administrator" or "Disabled."
Some of these access settings are also listed in the “Set User Privileges” menu; once the employee is set to administrator, they will also need to have these privileges set before gaining access to these areas.
Login as Superuser > Go to Options > User Management > select username > set User Privileges.

Click to give full access/restrict access in WMS depends on the user.
