This document contains detailed information about how to grant access to the user for viewing reports in WMS.
Detail Steps

Login to WMS as Superuser.

Go to Options > User Management.
3. Double-click on username or highlight username and select > Set User Privileges.
4. Double click on the name to expand the access tree.
5. Security QuickSets > check "Reports Menu" > Record Access Rights.
6. Advise the user to restart WMS.
