This article explains workaround on how to save discounted value as the Last Cost.
Detail Steps
WMS are sending the correct information to MYOB. If you manually enter the price with discount in MYOB, it still records the pre discounted value as the last cost which is incorrect.
It is recommended for customer to enter the calculated discounted price into the unit price field and report the issue to MYOB.
Also, WMS suggest customer to use Standard cost field in MYOB or a price level in the WMS to set their buy prices instead of relying on last cost for purchasing.
