Failed to replicate PO from MYOB to WMS 9

PO failed to replicate from MYOB to WMS 9 with message Unable to receive PO.

When check Purchase Status, WMS pop up windows message. The purchase order has not yet changed to BILL and can not be received. To receive this item purchase contact accounts then check status again.

Detail Steps


This error is caused by MYOB.

  1. Open Receive Stock.

  2. Click "Check Purchase Status" button.

  3. WMS pop up message "The purchase order has not yet changed to BILL and can not be received. To receive this item purchase contact accounts then check status again."



Solution Steps:

  1. Create Purchase order in MYOB as Order (Tools > Preferences > Replication > Post Purchases to MYOB as ORDER).

  2. Perform Maintenance Replication in WMS (Connect > Mode > Maintenance, then Tools > Connect > Replicate MYOB).

  3. After Maintenance Replication, the Purchase order is with status OPEN. When double click to open the transaction, Receive Stock window will be grey out and unable to receive stock.

  4. Enable 'Allow Receipt of Purchase Orders' in Preference for receipt stock (Tools > Preferences > Security > check "Allow Receipt of Purchase Orders").
