This article describes MyAccount pricing management process.
Detail Steps
The myAccount portal will always show the WMS standard price in the item list and the initial customer order in the portal.
As WMS imports the order from the portal, it will apply any price breaks applicable to the order. At this point, the order in the portal will still show standard pricing.
When WMS syncs the order back to the portal, the order pricing will be updated to the correct price breaks.
Allow an hour for the complete order update cycle to complete and show the final pricing in the portal.
