Description

To help identify orders waiting on an item purchase or transfer of stock from another location, the WMS has a CROSS DOCK status.

Detail Steps

Using the Group by Status function (CTRL+3) in the Despatch Register, all Sales and Transfers that are now Off Back Order can be quickly identified.

User can find other information regarding Back Order Status using the WMS Back Order reports.

Want to turn this feature off?

Turn it off per user login. Go to Options > Preferences > General Tab and make "Revert Off CrossDock" set to "Disabled".
