This document explains how to setup SPS for multiple items.

Detail Steps

There are two forms of SPS, the single item multi QTY break or the Multi item dual QTY break.

The Multi is created as shown below and allows multiple items on the one item sale quote. This feature is particularly useful for across the board promotions. It can also be used to manage negotiated supply contracts.

Workflow Restrictions

In MULTI SPS configurations you can ONLY SET TWO QUANTITY BREAKS (1 of (item) and X of (item) Quantity Break.

Datapel do not recommend to amend Special Price Quotes #Phone1 field in MYOB as this might affect reporting information. Please consult your form/report developer before amending any information.

Workflow Options

You can set the sell price OR enter a % discount (you can only use one method if you enter a discount the price will be ignored and the discount will be applied to the base selling price if you change the price only then this price will be used - When using the % method the sell price should be changed to zero to save confusion when running MYOB Reports.)
