This article explains how to resolve Cipherlab scanner settings when not scanning correctly using mobility.

Detail Steps


A Cipherlab reader config application update might cause this issue. This application controls how the barcode is inputted into other applications. It is possible that after an update previous settings were wiped out.

Solution:

  1. Open the reader config application.



2. Update the settings as per below image:
