Setting up Payment Methods with Xero

Description

In order to apply for payments from Datapel WMS against Sales and Purchases, a Payment Method is required.

Detail Steps

For the Datapel WMS Xero integration option, the payment method must include the account number in the setup description.

The options need to be setup within Datapel WMS directly > the example is shown below:

NOTE:

If you are sending a prepayment entries to XERO (before or after the sale has been sent to XERO you will need to setup prepayment type accounts for these with separate payment methods or payments will be rejected)
