Daily Import Of Mobile Sales

Description

Each Day Mobile Sales Units must be synchronised with the ACTIVESYNC cradle and Imported into WMS.

STEP 1.

At the desktop of the Mobile Sales PC close any MYOB or WMS terminal/RDP sessions.

STEP 2.

Place the MOBPOS Unit into base marked ‘Autosync Cradle’.

STEP 3.

Wait for the autosync to complete.

STEP 4.

Repeat for each handheld unit.

STEP 5.

Start WMS and logon with the username: ‘MobileSales’ (without quotes).

STEP 6.

If the WMS detects that Sales from the handheld devices are ready to import, it will prompt as shown.

STEP 7.

If the Import process does not start automatically, click Import Orders… (location defaults to ‘CLAYTON’).

Click OK to confirm the next TWO message boxes.

STEP 8.

Click OK to review the Status Reporter.

Check for any red-line errors amongst the IMPORT-RIC-SALES logs.

STEP 9.

Click Close to continue using the WMS and review the uploaded Sales in the WMS Despatch Register.
